Air Cambodia Co., Ltd. (IATA code: K6, ICAO code: KHV, abbreviated as ACC) is the national flag carrier of Cambodia, established by the Royal Government of Cambodia through a Sub Decree. In addition to operating commercial flights, ACC is responsible for VIP flights for the Royal Family and the Prime Minister, serving as the representative of Cambodia's civil aviation industry.

ACC operates extensive domestic and international routes, serving destinations across Southeast Asia, India, and Palau, as well as major Chinese cities including Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Nanning, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and Macau. Additionally, ACC holds exclusive seventh freedom rights for flights to Haikou, China. Through code-sharing agreements with Vietnam Airlines and other partners, ACC also connects passengers to destinations in France, the UK, and Australia. With a strategic fleet expansion plan, ACC aims to operate 33 aircraft by 2032, while continuing to open new popular routes in a structured manner.

ACC is proudly serving the Kingdom and sincerely soaring together with the Kingdom. It is the only airline in Cambodia to obtain IATA Operational Safety Audit Certification (IOSA) and the only airline to receive a three-star rating from Skytrax. Guided by the principles of "attention to detail, localization, and internationalization," ACC fosters a corporate culture that treats employees as "internal passengers." Its service philosophy emphasizes "safety and warmth," while its standards aim to "benchmark global best practices." The airline's unique service identity is defined by the "Khmer smile" and its role as an "inheritor of Angkor civilization." By adhering to the motto "Progress every day, never stop improving," ACC has achieved revenue high growth in 2023 and 2024, fully recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic and entering a phase of rapid expansion.

ACC's headquarters is located in Phnom Penh, with primary hubs at Phnom Penh International Airport. The airline has established its China headquarters in Zhengzhou, with additional offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. ACC also maintains offices in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), New Delhi (India), and Bangkok (Thailand). The current Chairman of BOD is H.E. Mao Havannall, who also serves as the Minister in charge of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation of Cambodia. Dr. Zhan David holds the positions of Vice Chairman and CEO.

Develop, update, and maintain the airline's comprehensive Emergency Response Plan. Coordinate and conduct regular emergency response drills and exercises. Train and educate employees on their roles and responsibilities during an emergency. Liaise with external agencies, including airport authorities, medical services, and government bodies.
