  • Develop, update, and maintain the airline's comprehensive Emergency Response Plan.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular emergency response drills and exercises.
  • Train and educate employees on their roles and responsibilities during an emergency.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including airport authorities, medical services, and government bodies.
  • Document and analyze the outcomes of drills and real-life incidents to improve preparedness.
  • Ensure all emergency response protocols comply with national and international aviation regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in emergency planning, safety management, or a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of emergency management principles and aviation safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
