Sales Strategy & Business Development : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain Hotel Travel Tour Groups and Restaurant Tour Groups Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the group travel industry Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for group business Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at tour companies, travel agencies, and restaurant associations Serve as the primary point of contact for tour group clients throughout the sales process Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and property visits with potential and existing clients Develop customized proposals and contracts that meet client needs while maximizing profitability Product Development and Packaging: Create innovative tour package concepts specifically designed for hotel travel groups and restaurant tour groups Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to develop unique dining experiences and themed restaurant tours Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure seamless group accommodations and services Develop competitive pricing strategies that maintain market competitiveness while ensuring profitability Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory allocation for group business Liaise with operations, culinary, and events teams to ensure exceptional execution of group experiences Coordinate with marketing team to develop targeted sales collateral and promotional materials Conduct regular communication meetings to ensure alignment between sales and operational teams Administrative & Reporting : Maintain accurate account records in the CRM system Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management Manage the group booking pipeline and sales activity tracking Attend industry trade shows and sales missions as required
