Vendor Acquisition: Achieve vendor acquisition targets as set, ensuring consistent growth of active vendors. Deal Sign-Ups: Complete deal sign-ups in line with target requirements, focusing on quality partnerships and sustainable performance GMV Improvement: Increase sales by boosting vendor activity, promotions, menu improvements, and online consistency.
