Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Support management with financial modeling and business performance analysis. Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Present financial results and insights to senior management. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor and manage company cash flow and liquidity. Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements. Ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements. Optimize working capital management. Accounting & Controls Supervise accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets. Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation. Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits. Prepare tax filings and support regulatory reporting requirements. Implement corrective actions for audit findings. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staff. 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive marketing strategies. Establish marketing budgets and monitor expenditures to maximize ROI. Collaborate with Sales and other departments to support business growth. 2. Brand Management Maintain and strengthen the Borey Mekong Land brand identity and positioning. Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials. Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. 3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manage digital marketing channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and company website. Plan and optimize online campaigns to generate quality leads and increase conversions. Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on KPIs and market trends. Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media marketing initiatives. 4. Content & Creative Management Lead the development of marketing content, including videos, photos, brochures, and promotional materials. Work closely with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality outputs. Ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives. 5. Event & Campaign Management Plan and execute project launches, open houses, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide post-event reports. 6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market research and analyze competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities. Identify customer needs and recommend innovative marketing initiatives. Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities. 7. Team Leadership & Management Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives. Set KPIs and monitor team performance. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the department. 8. Reporting & Performance Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates. Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
1. Property Operations Management Supervise the day-to-day operation of residential properties and common areas. Conduct regular inspections of roads, parks, clubhouse, swimming pool, drainage systems, streetlights, and other shared facilities. Ensure all common areas are maintained in good condition and comply with company standards. Monitor defects and coordinate corrective actions. 2. Customer Service & Homeowner Relations Handle homeowners' inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Build and maintain good relationships with residents and stakeholders. Coordinate with related departments to resolve customer issues effectively. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards. 3. Maintenance Coordination Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor maintenance contractors and vendors to ensure work quality and timely completion. Follow up on defect rectification and repair requests. Ensure facilities and infrastructure remain functional and safe. 4. Security and Safety Management Coordinate with security service providers to ensure a safe living environment. Monitor security operations, patrol schedules, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures. Investigate and report incidents and recommend corrective actions. 5. Cleaning and Landscape Management Supervise cleaning, gardening, and waste management services. Ensure public areas are clean and well maintained. Monitor service quality and contractor performance. 6. Community Rules Enforcement Ensure residents comply with community regulations and Borey policies. Monitor unauthorized construction, renovations, or activities affecting the community. Issue notices and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. 7. Reporting and Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly property operation reports. Maintain records of maintenance requests, incidents, complaints, and contractor performance. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of property services. 8. Team Supervision Supervise Property Officers and outsourced service providers. Assign tasks and monitor performance. Support employee development and ensure operational discipline.
