KPI Management Develop and standardize departmental KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives Coordinate with all departments to define, implement, and update KPIs Monitor KPI performance regularly and identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas Conduct KPI audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance Analyze KPI data and prepare periodic performance reports for management Support departments in improving KPI achievement through data driven insights 2. SOP Development and Control Develop, review, and update company SOPs across all departments Ensure SOPs are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices Monitor SOP implementation and conduct regular audits Identify non compliance issues and recommend corrective actions Analyze SOP effectiveness and propose improvements Maintain proper SOP documentation and version control 3. Job Summary: As the Digital Marketing Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s online marketing activities. You manage content and strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong focus on brand building, e-commerce visibility, and online campaign planning. You collaborate closely with internal teams (design, video, online sales) and external partners to ensure consistent branding like Ecommerce, timely execution of promotional events, and effective engagement with customers. Your goal is to grow digital brand presence, build trust with customers, and drive online sales. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Oversight Supervise and post daily content across key platforms. Review content calendar, brand visuals, and captions before publishing. Monitor Digital trends and adapt content accordingly. Campaign Management Plan and execute digital campaigns Set KPIs and assess performance. Collaborate with the design/video team to meet campaign deadlines. Plan monthly promotions or events activities for social media channels’ E-commerce Support Ensure product visuals and descriptions are accurate and updated. Performance Monitoring Prepare digital KPI report and provide summary of social media channels Summarize monthly work results and prepare effective plans for the next month, requesting them from direct supervisor
• Schedule Management: Plan, organize, and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time efficiency. • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents. Video & Script Creation • Develop scripts for product, testimonial, and brand campaign videos. • Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. • Suggest new formats based on trending content (ASMR, voiceover, etc.). 3. Campaign Support • Translate campaign ideas into effective visuals and storytelling. • Support marketing events with digital and offline materials (banners, leaflets, etc.). • Propose new content ideas to improve engagement or conversion. 4. Performance Review & Ideation • Collect and analyze content engagement data with digital team. • Present monthly content performance reports and new ideas. • Stay updated on FMCG content trends, especially competitor benchmark

Collaboration & Content Briefing Work with design and content teams to develop creative assets. Ensure all ad visuals and videos meet platform standards and brand tone. Coordinate with Ecommerce team on promotion launches. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track weekly/monthly performance of both organic and paid content. Summarize insights and recommend next steps to improve ROI. Monitor competitor activity and platform algorithm changes.
1. Operations & Project Management Oversee daily operations of architecture, interior design, and construction-related projects. Implement and manage time tracking and project profitability tracking (initially via simple tools like Excel/Sheets; later via Monograph or similar software). Monitor team workload and capacity; ensure no over-allocation of staff. Standardize and improve workflows for: Design stages (concept → design development → construction documentation) Client approval steps Site visit and reporting 2. Client & Customer Service Management Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and followed. Conduct regular weekly review meetings with project leads to track progress and issues. Act as a primary point of contact for many day-to-day client communications, especially on progress updates, scheduling, and general questions. Support the Principal Architect during key client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Help manage client expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure high service quality. Coordinate with clients on contracts, variation orders, and additional services where applicable. 3. HR & People Management Work with HR/admin to: Manage recruitment, interviews, and selection of staff. Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees. Implement basic HR policies (attendance, leave, work hour expectations, etc.). Support staff performance management: Set clear roles and responsibilities. Conduct or support performance reviews with the Principal Architect. Help maintain a positive work culture, team motivation, and staff retention. 4. Finance & Admin Coordination Coordinate with accountant / external bookkeeper on: Invoices, billing schedules, and payment follow-ups. Payroll preparation and approval. Track basic financial indicators for projects: Design fee vs. actual hours Cost vs. budget Prepare monthly operations reports for shareholders: Ongoing projects status Profitability summary (high-level) Cash flow overview (with support from finance) 5. Systems, Processes & Improvement Document and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for: Project workflow Client communication Internal approvals Site coordination Lead implementation of new tools (e.g., Monograph) with support from the team. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. 6. Reporting & Strategy Support Report directly to the Principal Architect / Founder. Provide monthly and quarterly reports to shareholders on: Operations and resource status Project performance and risks HR and staffing overview Support the Principal Architect in strategic planning and execution (new services, new locations,partnerships, etc.).
