JOB PURPOSE The KPI and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, auditing, analyzing, and reporting company wide Key Performance Indicators and Standard Operating Procedures. This role also ensures full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and external documentation, supporting operational efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across all departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. KPI Management Develop and standardize departmental KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives Coordinate with all departments to define, implement, and update KPIs Monitor KPI performance regularly and identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas Conduct KPI audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance Analyze KPI data and prepare periodic performance reports for management Support departments in improving KPI achievement through data driven insights 2. SOP Development and Control Develop, review, and update company SOPs across all departments Ensure SOPs are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices Monitor SOP implementation and conduct regular audits Identify non compliance issues and recommend corrective actions Analyze SOP effectiveness and propose improvements Maintain proper SOP documentation and version control 3. Compliance Management Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Monitor staff vehicle insurance, registration, and related documentation Manage employee contracts, contract renewals, and compliance records Oversee company external document processes including licenses, permits, and official submissions Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments Prepare compliance reports and follow up on corrective actions 4. Reporting and Coordination Prepare regular KPI, SOP, and compliance reports for management Support management with analysis, dashboards, and summary insights Work closely with HR, Admin, Finance, and Operations departments Support continuous improvement initiatives and governance standards
