Job Summary We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message across digital and offline platforms. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to produce high-quality visual content that engages customers and supports business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and advertisements. • Create engaging social media graphics, graphic motions and digital campaigns. • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects. • Collaborate with marketing and sale teams to create compelling visual content. • Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts. • Prepare design files for printing and digital publication. • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
1. Plans, supervises, and participates in the design, construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of the City’s fiber optic network. Develops site plans for significant construction and maintenance activities. Responsible for and assists staff in analysis and diagnosis of problems, troubleshooting equipment, and system failures. Coordinates response to emergency repairs. 2. Designs, develops and recommends capital projects and strategic long-term plans, consistent with established policy, for the SINET’s fiber optic network ensuring all systems are integrated with other city infrastructure. Monitors inventory for equipment and materials needed to meet project goals. Ensures work standards adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures. 3. Manages capital projects including project scoping and consultant. Responsible for design review, project permitting and procurement of construction services. Oversees project construction including, submittal review, field changes, construction site inspection and consultant coordination. 4. Responsible for creating and updating documentation and as constructed drawings of the fiber network using design software, database software and other technical tools. 5. Conducts network modeling and analysis to plan, construct and operate a redundant, reliable, high-performance, and secure fiber optic network serving the SINET needs. 6. Establishes and organizes priorities, schedules, and work assignments of assigned staff. Reviews daily accomplishments of the Fiber Network staff and modifies personnel assignments as necessary. 7. Participates in the employee hiring process and conducting performance evaluations. Responsible for coaching and corrective action and participates in disciplinary actions. 8. Coordinates ongoing on-the-job vendor and in-house training for Fiber Network staff. Assists with the development of and enforces safety and training policies and procedures. 9. Provides support to network operations staff in the Information Technology Services Department for daily fiber network operations and long-term planning. 10. Provides recommendations to department staff on budgets and projects.
The Tax Accounting assistant is responsible for preparing, submitting, and ensuring compliance with all tax obligations of the company, coordinating with relevant government authorities, and supporting the accounting team in ministry-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (Withholding Tax, VAT, Profit Tax). Handle payments and documentation for other taxes. Prepare annual financial statements for ACAR e-Filing. Prepare revenue sharing reports for submission to Ministry. Liaise with ministries and government authorities for tax and compliance matters. Coordinate with auditors (internal/external) during tax audit Work closely with Accounting and Finance team Support accounting team with general accounting tasks.
