• Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly. • Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Advisor or Workshop Manager so the customer may be notified. • Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives. • Collects all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g., model year, etc.). • Maintains sufficient personally owned tools; keeps tools in good working order. • Safe operation of basic and simple vehicle systems and functions and standard • Self-reliant performance of maintenance operations defined repairs and assembly according to instructions (as specified once only by the supervisor and/or maintenance procedures) with self-reliant quality control of his work and visual check of the vehicle. • Can reset maintenance systems. • Can detect not obvious faults and system deviations during maintenance service and informs the service adviser. • Can perform road tests. • Focus on quality repair improvement. • Repairing follow correct service procedure. • Notifies Workshop manager and Service Advisor if delays are expected. • Maintains cleanliness of the customer's vehicle with perfect conditions. • Submits all document claims promptly. • Working closely with warranty claim and technical support. • Assists Service Advisors, if necessary, to explain completed repairs to a customer. • Assists other Technicians when needed. • Makes decisions regarding repair options; asks for assistance as necessary. • Completes repair orders within specified time frame and alerts appropriate personnel if delayed. • Coordinates with Parts Department to ensure parts are available to complete repair. • Performs preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on dealership tools and equipment; ensures facility is clean and always organized. • Following WTY process procedure. • Follows all hazardous waste and safety regulations and company policies. • Utilizes the provided technical assistance (e.g., Technical Bulletins, Hotlines, others) • Stays up to date on the latest technical services through training, bulletins, campaigns, etc. • Acquires necessary training as required. • Reviews and write-up to determine failure parts, parts need replaced and recommend if need additional repair and what type of diagnosis is needed. • Uses manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair order. • Completes timeline correctly. • Uses diagnostic procedure to identify the symptoms of the problem, the conditions under which they occur, symptom codes that are appropriate for the symptoms listed, as well as how often the symptoms occur. • Completes warranty repair orders according to policy.
Collect cash income. Deposit cash to company bank account. Issue an invoice and official receipt in system. Prepare payment voucher and PCV. Prepare petty cash reimbursement. Collect slaes document and audit on sales document. Maintain a clean, organized and well equipped office environment Manange office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and efficiecy Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team. Control purchase request, purchase orders and the invoicing process. Coordinate with various departments regarding vendor payments and internal payments. Address all admin & finance operations related issues with internal and external teams. Control motorbike tax paper and spare key with logistics team. Control company motorbike maintenance. Assist admin task. Other duties as assigned by supervisor/mananger.

- Assist sales team to process sales orders by preparing Sales & Purchase contract. - Check data accuracy for preparing orders and collecting payments. - Contact Clients to obtain correct information and answer inquiries. - Liaise finance department and sales department to ensure sales order are completed, and all paperwork are according to company’s requirements. - Issue payment instalment plans for credit transactions and SPA. - Maintain and update sales and payment record. - Develop monthly payment collection report, send to Head of Finance. - Communicate importation feedback from customers to upper management. - Ensure department objectives are met and report any deviations. - Stay up to date with new clients and their payments timeline.

Procurement & Supply Management • Process Purchase Requests: Manage and execute purchase requests for Admin, HQ, and all branch operations on a daily, monthly, and urgent basis. • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for office supplies, stationery, and drinking water, place orders to ensure zero downtime. • Sourcing: Conduct external purchasing for urgent office supplies and other operational needs as required. 2. Fleet & Vehicle Management • Compliance & Documentation: Manage vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, and annual road tax procedures. • Insurance & Inspections: Oversee vehicle insurance (renewals and claims) and track inspection expiry dates to ensure the master file is always up to date. • Maintenance & Tracking: Record and track maintenance schedules for all trucks and operational vehicles coordinate with suppliers for GPS installation and maintenance. • Authority Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities regarding annual truck stickers and other road-related fees. 3. Administrative & Facility Operations • Document Management: Scan and record all transaction documents and maintain an organized digital filing system. • Asset Management: Execute internal procedures for inventory/fixed asset transfers and maintain accurate records for furniture and vehicles. • Operational Support: Provide utility and operational support to HQ and all branch locations. • Staff Supervision: Supervise and assign daily tasks to the internal support team, including drivers and cleaners. 4. Financial & Compliance Liaison • Petty Cash Management: Handle company petty cash (TF1 & TF2), including expense tracking, settlements, and payment reimbursements. • Government Liaison: Represent the company at various ministries (MOC, Khan, and PP City Hall) to certify documents such as Patents, Vehicle ID cards, and other legal permits. • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate suppliers (Security, Cleaning, Telecom, and Equipment maintenance). 5. Other Duties • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Admin Supervisor.
