Key Responsibilities
● Greet customers promptly and provide professional, courteous service.
● Listen to customer concerns, identify service needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
● Open job cards, record customer requests, and inspect vehicle exterior and interior condition.
● Estimate repair cost and completion time, and support customer account settlement.
● Obtain written approval for repair orders and any additional work before proceeding.
● Update customers on repair progress and follow up after quotations are sent.
● Handle pending vehicles, quotation issues, and parts requests by email.
● Remind customers of service appointments and scheduled maintenance due dates.
● Answer phone calls, telegrams, and customer inquiries promptly and respectfully.
● Inspect completed repair orders for accuracy, pricing, and proper completion.
● Manage warranty parts, update part status, and coordinate customer installation updates.
● Resolve complaints by identifying root causes and following through to closure.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
● Experience in customer service or as a service advisor.
● Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
● Strong communication and customer handling skills.
● Good teamwork, positive attitude, and professional behavior.
● Honest, hardworking, patient, and willing to learn.
● Good moral character and healthy physical condition.
● Able to manage follow-up, documentation, and multiple customer cases.
