Key Responsibilities
● Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
● Prepare payment schedules and assist with timely vendor disbursements.

● Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
● Support month-end closing activities and basic accounting reports.
● Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams on payment matters.

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 0-1 year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
● Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
