1. Accounting Duties

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits.

      2. Tax Duties

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations.
• Calculate and file:
• Withholding Tax (WHT)
• Value Added Tax (VAT)
• Tax on Salary (ToS)
• Prepayment of Tax on Income (PToI)
• Annual Tax on Income (ToI)
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations.
• Maintain tax records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with tax authorities during tax audits or inspections.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assist management in tax planning and tax risk management.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
•  0-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or a similar finance role.
•  Good understanding of basic accounting principles and local tax procedures.
•  Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software is an advantage.
•  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
•  Able to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
•  Good communication skills and a positive, teamwork-oriented attitude.
•  Willing to learn and develop in a fast-paced construction environment.
