A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Flow management.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and accounting standards.
Supervise and guide accounting team members to improve performance and efficiency.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial transactions.
Support ERP/accounting system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
