 - Monitoring machinery efficiency and system modernization
- Managing an efficient Energy system to minimize energy loss and reduce costs
- Supervise and direct energy production and maintenance of utility systems, including: Steam system ,Water treatment System, Compressed air system, HVAC system, Fire safety system, Electrical systems Wastewater treatment system
- Set goals, create action plans, allocate budgets, assign tasks, and track performance
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely updates on production processes
- Implement and monitor maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage and monitor routine and preventive maintenance activities for equipment and machinery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Facilitate and manage repair activities, ensuring that all repairs are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards
- Develop and review maintenance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Education Level: Engineering
- Major field Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation or a related filed.
- Specify Experience and Duration: 3-5 years experience in food and beverage manufacturing process related to energy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English language.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, and quality standards.
