• Process and track all incoming sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy of pricing, product codes, and customer information before submission.• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and inventory availability.• Manage the sales team's schedule and CRM data, including updating contact information, logging activities, and generating basic pipeline reports.• Prepare and format sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for the account executives.• Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to resolve shipping discrepancies, billing errors, or payment issues related to customer orders.
