  • Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports
  • Assist in pricing updates, promotions, and campaign implementation
  • Support dealer/distributor communication and documentation
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of units (Can-Am vehicles and Sea-Doo watercraft)
  • Track inventory levels, stock movement, and backorders
  • Coordinate with procurement for order placement and shipment follow-up
  • Ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems (e.g., NAV or similar systems)
  • Support aftersales team in warranty claims, service schedules, and spare parts coordination
  • Maintain records of service history and customer follow-ups
  • Assist in organizing technical campaigns and service promotions
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as events, product launches, and showroom displays
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and social media content
  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all communications
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales, stock, pipeline, and performance analysis)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, invoices, and customer records
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking for the division
  • Assist management with ad hoc analysis and business presentations

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or similar role
  • Experience in automotive, motorcycle, or powersports industry is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
