• Identify and onboard high-potential merchants to expand product or service offerings.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive user orders and platform engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop attractive campaigns aligned with brand goals
• Evaluate campaign performance and propose continuous improvement strategies.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization o Monitor and analyze core operational metrics such as order volume, conversion rate, average order value, and user activity.

• Identify performance issues, provide actionable insights, and implement optimization plans.
• Prepare regular reports for management on business trends and campaign outcomes.

4. User Insights & Experience Improvement

• Collect and analyze user feedback to understand customer needs and behavior.
• Work closely with product and technical teams to enhance the platform’s user experience and service flow.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies
• Support business objectives by aligning team actions toward achieving overall platform goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in platform food delivery operations and e-commerce management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with online campaign management tools and basic performance metrics
