The employee focuses on maintaining, operating, and optimizing large-scale data server environments, while also supporting the network and system platforms that enable reliable data processing and service delivery. Experience in telecom core or datacom environments is highly valued, and will play a critical role in maintaining mission-critical big data platforms, resolving platform and infrastructure issues. Main Responsibilities as below:

• Support CEM (Customer Experience Management) platform deployment, integration, and optimization.
• Design traffic tapping solution based on core network interfaces.
• Manage risks during deployment (network planning, link cutover, verification).
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Work with project teams and vendors to meet delivery requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and organize UAT testing.

Assist with platform maintenance, upgrades, and optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, networking, IT, computer science or related field.
• 1+ years of telecom maintenance or optimization experience; core network or datacom preferred.
• Familiar with telecom system, wireless network, core network (PS/IMS/CS), datacom or BSS/OSS basics. Have work experience in any of these domains.
• Knowledge of telecom network technologies, telecom signaling procedures, service layers, and telecom operations (ITIL, eTOM).
• Strong communication skills and industry understanding.
• Experience with Huawei/H3C/Cisco routers, switches, CEM system/platform are preferred.
