• Design and Execute sale planning to growth the sales on the markets
• Leading, training, coaching sale team to achieve the sale targets
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential agency & Implementing channel marketing plans
• Ensure regular product & price updates to new agency
• Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up
• Build good relation with customer /sale agency for future prospect
•Maintain record of daily enquiry & prospective clients
•Showcase company profile to client through presentation & meeting
•To participate in events, corporate presentation & property shows for Project Promotion
•Recruiting/headhunting the new sale agency which cover on level I, II & III
•Support to close deal of company project One Staff One Sales.
•Support to close deal of agency for any sales referral.
•Perform agreement negotiation and closing deal with new sale agency which follow to the company policies & regulations
•Manage company social media of channel sales department
•Promote sales by creating personal pages and keep active on the pages.
•Training new agency for product knowledge and company term & condition.
•Training new staffs for product knowledge and internal policy.
•Prepare the daily and monthly sale report for management.
• Another task assigned by direct superior or manager

•At least 3 years in real estate field
•Experience in Sales (Condominium, House, Villa, and Land Plot)
•Be able to speak and written in English Language
•MS Office & Email
•Social Media
