Content Strategy: Assist in developing a monthly content calendar that aligns with company marketing goals, including promotional campaigns for recruitment vacancies and cleaning service packages. 
Multimedia Production: Film, photograph, and edit high-quality content (videos, photos, graphics) for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. 
Copywriting: Write compelling, clear, and brand-aligned captions, blog posts, and ad copy in both Khmer and English (if applicable) that resonate with our target audience.
Platform Management: Oversee the daily posting of content, interact with the community by responding to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends.
Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, views, and inquiries) and provide insights to optimize future content strategy. 
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure content accurately reflects our services and professional standards.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field. (A portfolio of previous work is highly preferred). 
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
Creative Mindset: Ability to translate complex service offerings (like facility management or headhunting) into simple, catchy, and visual social media formats.
Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of current trends and algorithm best practices for Facebook and TikTok, particularly in the Cambodian market.
Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong command of grammar and spelling. 
Soft Skills: Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant creative discipline is preferred, though a strong portfolio can substitute for formal education.
