• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and online advertising channels.
• Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube.
• Monitor digital advertising performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
• Support SEO and website content optimization activities.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, articles, reels, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Coordinate photography and video shooting for products, events, and company activities.
• Edit videos and images using design and editing software.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all content and communication channels.
• Prepare marketing materials for online and offline promotions.

Branding & Communication

• Assist in building and maintaining company brand awareness.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams for campaign support.
• Engage with online audiences and respond to customer inquiries/messages when required.
• Support event promotions and product launches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar advertising platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in branding and social media growth strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Ability to create short-form video content for TikTok/Reels.
• Understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior.
