● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative management, or brand communications.
● Strong knowledge of content creation, campaign management, and performance analytics.
● Proficiency with social media platforms, digital ads, and marketing tools.
● Excellent copywriting, presentation, and visual storytelling skills.
● Ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams.
● Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Experience in trading, distribution, import/export, or similar industries is an advantage.
● Manager-level mindset with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
● Fluent English communication skills; Khmer language skills are an asset.
