▪ Handle import and export shipment operations.

▪ Receive and process customer shipment requests.

▪ Coordinate and manage USA service contracts.

▪ Prepare monthly Sailing Schedule

▪ Update freight rates on the company/group website and communicate updates to overseas agents.

▪ Maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and business partners.

▪ Arrange shipment bookings and monitor shipment schedules.

▪ Provide timely shipment status updates and proactive customer support.

▪ Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.

▪ Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries.

▪ Provide sales support, including rate quotations and follow-up when required.

▪ Track shipment status and provide updates to customers upon request.

▪ Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management Team.

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related field

▪ Experienced as Customer service in shipping and logistic industry is advantages

▪ Good communication skills

▪ Good at computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Email , Outlook & Internet)

▪ Strong sense of self-discipline, punctual, responsibility, commitment, being honest

▪ Must be Fluent in Spoken & Written in English (if can speak Chinese will have extra advantages)

▪ Capable of handling multitasking

▪ Able to work under pressure & handle stress

▪ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

▪ Willingness to learn about logistics and freight operations
