Position          : Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking)
Department    : Patient Relation
Location          : Orienda International Hospital
Reports to       : Customer Service Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for assisting Chinese-speaking patients and visitors by providing professional customer service, coordinating hospital services, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The role acts as a communication bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to Chinese-speaking patients and visitors.
  • Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and hospital inquiries.
  • Translate and interpret communication between patients and medical staff when necessary.
  • Guide patients through hospital procedures and services.
  • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with medical departments to ensure smooth patient service.
  • Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and treatment programs.
  • Maintain accurate patient service records and reports.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Khmer is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hospital, clinic, hotel, or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
