• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant channels.

• Prepare attractive photos, videos, reels, graphics, posters, captions, and promotional materials to present the company’s construction projects and services.

• Visit construction sites when required to collect photos, videos, project updates, and other information for content development.

• Develop content highlighting ongoing projects, completed projects, company achievements, construction capabilities, equipment, workforce, quality, and services.

• Prepare Khmer and English captions, promotional messages, company announcements, and other marketing content.

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media and content posting plan.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and relevant departments to obtain accurate project information before publishing.

• Ensure that all published materials follow the company’s branding, professional image, and communication standards.

• Support the preparation of company profiles, brochures, presentations, project portfolios, and other marketing materials.

• Monitor social media engagement, audience response, and content performance and prepare basic performance reports.

• Support company events, campaigns, recruitment promotion, corporate activities, and other communication initiatives.

• Keep up to date with social media trends, digital marketing techniques, and content ideas that can improve the company’s visibility.

• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media and Communication, Business Administration, or other related fields.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role is preferred.

• Experience creating promotional content for construction, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related industries is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good writing ability in Khmer and English.

• Creative, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Able to coordinate with different departments and visit project sites when required.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other social media platforms.

• Ability to create and edit photos, videos, reels, and promotional graphics.

• Ability to use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of social media marketing, content planning, audience engagement, and basic performance analytics is an advantage.
