Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative

• Create creative and professional designs for social media, advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop posters, banners, brochures, flyers, product packaging, and other promotional materials.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns.
• Review and approve design quality before publication.
• Support and guide junior Graphic Designers when required.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative technologies.

2. Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage social media pages and create content calendars.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising results.
• Analyze customer engagement, reach, leads, and conversion performance.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and online visibility.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.

3. Content & Campaign Management

• Create attractive visual and marketing content for campaigns.
• Coordinate photo shoots and video production when necessary.
• Develop promotional campaigns for products, services, and company activities.
• Ensure marketing content is published according to the campaign schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Canva
  • CapCut or other video editing software
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in branding and marketing strategy is an advantage.
