Job Summary
Youngsia Auto is seeking a Digital Marketing and Media Specialist to drive brand awareness, online engagement, and campaign performance in Phnom Penh. This role supports creative marketing initiatives across digital channels to help grow visibility and customer interest.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and paid media channels.
● Create engaging content ideas, visuals, and messaging aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
● Manage social media calendars, community engagement, and day-to-day platform updates.
● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support promotional activities, media assets, and launches.
● Stay current with digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in digital marketing, media coordination, or social media management.
● Strong understanding of content creation, campaign execution, and performance analytics.
● Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, or similar tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
● Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in basic design or editing tools is an advantage.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
