• Develop content strategy plan and execution

• Management monthly content calendars across social platforms and in-app channels

• Create tailored content aligned with various marketing campaign objectives

• Manage KOL campaigns from planning to execution and build a strong KOL database

• Oversee copywriting across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, in-app, etc.)

• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign direction

• Brief creative teams and external agencies for content production needs

• Develop storytelling content and UGC formats to drive community engagement

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to line management

• Lead team and provide support to team and cross-functional coordination

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or social media

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)

• Basic understanding of content performance metrics and analytics

• Experience working with creative teams or agencies is a plus

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high performing team

• Experience in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting team development

• Excellent communication skills
