Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support campaign execution for our logistics business in Phnom Penh. The role suits a proactive marketer who can manage digital channels, create engaging content, and track performance.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
● Create engaging content to promote services, improve awareness, and support lead generation.
● Manage daily social media activity, including posting, community engagement, and monitoring.
● Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing messages with business and sales goals.
● Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on results.
● Support website updates, SEO activities, and digital advertising efforts as needed.
● Assist in market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination, preferably in logistics or services.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and basic SEO principles.
● Ability to write clear, engaging English content; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
● Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and prepare reports.
● Proficiency in MS Office and common digital marketing tools; design skills are a plus.
● Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
