RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Through different communication channels, I create unique, personal, and loyalty-building experiences for our users.
  • Actively interact with users’ inquiries and offer effective solutions to any requests.
  • Drive customer engagement and Retain Customer
  • Ensure a high level of collaboration between the local and external teams to ensure a smooth online Journey
  • Improve User Online experience through digital web merchandising
