  • Develop and execute distribution sales strategies for 2-wheeler motorcycles and scooters to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Manage, appoint, and optimize dealer and sub-dealer networks to ensure strong territorial coverage and brand presence.
  • Drive Dealer and Reseller performance through effective planning, target setting, and follow-up.
  • Monitor dealer sales performance, stock aging, pipeline, and market coverage to ensure healthy inventory turnover.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team and dealer sales staff to improve productivity and conversion.
  • Coordinate with Marketing-on-marketing activities, showroom activation, roadshows, test ride events, and promotions.
  • Work closely with Aftersales and Spare Parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and dealer sustainability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities (pricing, promotions, new models).
  • Manage dealer KPIs including sales volume, market share, stock level.
  • Ensure dealers follow company policies, pricing strategy, CI guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and business reviews for management.
  • Support new model launches, pricing strategy, and dealer readiness programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in 2-wheeler, automotive, or FMCG distribution sales.
  • Proven experience managing motorcycle or scooter dealer networks.
  • Strong knowledge of wholesale vs retail management, stock planning, and dealer financing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing, promotions, and showroom performance.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and dealer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/DMS systems.
  • Willing to travel frequently to dealer locations.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
