Develop and implement dealer network expansion and optimization strategies for 2-wheeler motorcycles and scooters . Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers and sub-dealers in line with market coverage and brand standards. Lead dealer onboarding processes including facility setup, CI compliance, manpower planning, and system readiness. Define and enforce dealer standards for showroom, workshop, spare parts, signage, and customer experience. Conduct dealer performance reviews covering sales, aftersales, financial health, and operational compliance. Support new model launches and network readiness initiatives. Prepare dealer development reports, network status updates, and expansion plans for management.

Monitor dealer stock, order, and weekly sell in-out from all dealers in hands. Visit dealers regularly and provide product and pushing sell in.(visit at least 5 per day) Find and approach potential dealers to grow the Vespa network. Manage relationship with existing dealers and guide tjhem on sales performance. Share promotion, pricing, and products update. Support new dealer onboarding and ensure they meet brand standard. Develop and execute distribution sales strategies for 2-wheeler motorcycles and scooters to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets. Manage, appoint, and optimize dealer and sub-dealer networks to ensure strong territorial coverage and brand presence. Drive Dealer and Reseller performance through effective planning, target setting, and follow-up. Monitor dealer sales performance, stock aging, pipeline, and market coverage to ensure healthy inventory turnover. Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team and dealer sales staff to improve productivity and conversion. Coordinate with Marketing-on-marketing activities , showroom activation, roadshows, test ride events, and promotions. Work closely with Aftersales and Spare Parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and dealer sustainability. Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities (pricing, promotions, new models). Manage dealer KPIs including sales volume, market share, stock level. Ensure dealers follow company policies, pricing strategy, CI guidelines, and brand standards. Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and business reviews for management. Support new model launches, pricing strategy, and dealer readiness programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and service workshops. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and accuracy. Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies. Maintain proper documentation, invoicing, and system updates.
Manage overall showroom operations to achieve sales volume, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets . Lead and supervise showroom teams including sales managers, sales supervisors, sales consultants, admin, and support staff. Drive retail sales performance through daily follow-up, conversion management, and lead handling. Ensure excellent customer experience from walk-in, test ride, booking, delivery, to aftersales handover. Implement company sales processes, SOPs, and CRM practices within the showroom. Monitor stock availability, inventory aging, booking pipeline, and delivery planning. Execute local marketing activities such as roadshows, mall displays, digital leads, and test ride events. Ensure showroom CI compliance , visual merchandising, and brand standards are maintained at all times. Coordinate closely with Aftersales, Finance, and Registration teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation. Manage showroom P&L, operating costs, incentives, and productivity. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Recruit, coach, train, and motivate showroom staff to improve skills and retention. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
