  • Develop design concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
  • Create seasonal collections (casual, formal, or specific brand focus).
  • Select fabrics, trims, and materials.
  • Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams.
  • Oversee sample development and fitting process.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and production feasibility.
  • Ensure designs align with brand identity and target customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Manage timelines to meet product launch deadlines.
  • Be able to draw
