• Develop cutting plans based on production schedules and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Cutting, and Sewing departments.
• Monitor WIP and cutting output performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure material availability before cutting commencement.
• Support production planning and capacity analysis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PPC experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong Excel, planning, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
