Job Summary
Experienced finance professional to support daily financial operations, reporting, and compliance for a growing FMCG business in Chrouy Changva, Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, cash flow, and general ledger postings.
● Prepare timely financial reports, schedules, and month-end closing support for management review.
● Monitor budgets, expenses, and variances to support cost control and business planning.
● Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax rules, and audit requirements.
● Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities as needed.
● Review documentation and approvals to maintain accurate records and transaction integrity.

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
● At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
● Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
● Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
● Honest, responsible, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
