● Supervise daily food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused delivery.
● Support and guide service staff during shifts, maintaining quality standards, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
● Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to service issues, special requests, and service recovery needs.
● Coordinate with kitchen, front office, and other departments to ensure timely service and seamless guest experiences.
● Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across outlets in line with hotel policies and procedures.
● Assist with stock checks, requisitions, and basic cost control to reduce waste and support operational efficiency.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards at all times.

● Previous experience in food and beverage service or supervision within a hotel or restaurant environment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented and professional attitude.
● Ability to lead, motivate, and support a service team during busy operations.
● Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, hygiene practices, and customer care.
● Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
● Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel or POS systems is an advantage.
● Diploma or certificate in hospitality, tourism, or related field is preferred.
