We Are Hiring - Restaurant Manager 

Location: Phnom Penh 

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience) 

About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations, manage the team, and ensure a high standard of service in a dynamic dining environment. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver consistent high performance 

• Drive daily operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience 

• Control costs and improve profitability through strong financial management 

• Maintain high standards in service, food quality, and overall operations 

• Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure efficiency and minimal waste 

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and effectively 

• Coordinate all teams and ensure execution of standards and management direction
