Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Graphics Designer and Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand promotions in the HR, Recruitment industry. This role supports marketing efforts with high-quality designs and compelling video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
● Design eye-catching graphics for social media, advertisements, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
● Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, product highlights, and brand storytelling.
● Develop creative concepts and visual content that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver content on time and maintain quality standards.
● Enhance photos, videos, and motion graphics for digital and offline use.
● Prepare final files in suitable formats for web, print, and social media platforms.
● Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and visual style across all materials.

● Proven 5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role.
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
● Ability to create high-quality graphics, motion content, and edited videos independently.
● Good understanding of branding, layout, composition, and digital marketing content.
● Experience producing content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
● Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
● Able to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
● Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is required.
