  • Collaborate with leadership to create a scalable L&D strategy aligned with company goals, addressing skills gaps and tailoring training programs.
  • Assess training needs using data, feedback, and performance metrics to align with business objectives and department-specific needs.
  • Assist to design and deliver diverse learning solutions (in-person, virtual, eLearning) and manage training programs to meet employee needs across the group.
  • Create leadership programs, providing coaching and mentoring for emerging leaders, in partnership with senior management.
  • Promote a learning culture, linking training programs to engagement and retention efforts, and measuring their impact on performance.
  • Align L&D programs with performance appraisals and career goals to address gaps and support career progression.
  • Assist to set the KPIs metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and report on results, recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate training initiatives across the group, fostering knowledge sharing and cross-company mentoring.
  • Ensure mandatory training (compliance, health & safety) is delivered across the group, staying updated on legal requirements.
  • Regularly assess and improve L&D programs, incorporating feedback and emerging trends to enhance training engagement and effectiveness.

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably at a Group/Corporate level.
  • Good background in competency frameworks, leadership development, and AI-powered HR solutions.
  • Strategic HR Leadership – Align HR with Worldbridge’s business objectives.
  • Corporate Learning & Talent Development – Scale L&D across diverse industries.
  • HR Digitization & AI Adoption – Experience in AI-driven HR tools, LMS, and e-learning.
  • Change Management & Business Partnering – Strong collaboration with C-suite & BU Heads.
  • HR Analytics & ROI Measurement – Data-driven approach to track L&D effectiveness.
