A Big Opportunity for ...

Oversee the two existing healthcare companies and ensure they hit their financial and operational targets.
Work closely with the General Managers of these units to solve problems and improve performance.
Find ways for our healthcare companies to work together to save costs and share resources.
Research the market to find new opportunities in the healthcare sector in Cambodia.
Create business plans for these new ideas and lead the setup process from start to finish.
Look for partnerships with international healthcare brands that want to enter Cambodia.
Give clear, regular updates to the Group Chairman on how the healthcare division is performing.
Make sure all our healthcare businesses follow local laws and medical regulations.
Represent the Group when meeting with government officials or major business partners.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a similar field.
Experience at least 8 years of experience in business, with a significant portion of that time spent in the healthcare or medical industry.
Business Skills related to budgets plan, profit and loss, and how to scale a company.
Startup Mindset with comfortable building a new business from the ground up, not just managing what already exists.
Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both medical staff and high-level executives.
