A Big Opportunity for ...

Lead the team to work productivity to Improve revenue for the company;
Develop sales & marketing plans;
Developing and implementing growth strategies;
Creating and managing the budgets and control P& L for the company;
Evaluating performance productivity;
Analyzing accounting and financial data;
Generating reports and giving presentations;
Researching and identifying growth opportunities;
Provide overall direction for the project and management agent operations on a daily basis in accordance with the approved strategic plan;
Ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place and are being used;
Ensure that all staffs are well-training and build their capacity for the company in long term;
To manage and initiate an escalation process for any defects to the Asset Management / Property Management;
Ensure that staffs complete all mandatory records and reporting processes;
Any other duty/task as and when assigned by top management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
At least 3-5 years as Operation manager with regional exposure and culturally diversified environment;
3 -5-year Operation manager in property development;
Expatriate can speak English or Chinese.
