Leasing Strategy

• Set goals and KPIs on leasing targets for each year.
• Collate & manage all information for retail leasing opportunities.
• Research property market for potential suitable tenants.
• Lead the market research in order to present the data to top management on leasing trend and strategy.
• Oversee the personal files of each  leasing opportunity.
• Provide day to day customer management support to hot general leasing administration tenants and make initial contact to potential retail tenants.
• Take initial retail leasing enquiries and validate suitability for operational.
• Build good network with all prospect tenants locally and internationally.

Collaboration

• Assist with marketing information and in/out to various marketing initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance and Fit-Out team on agreement and design, decoration & fitment.

Staffing & Performance Management

• Provide regular coaching & mentoring to team members on performance.
• Set goals and feedback.
• Hold performance yearly performance review.  

Years of Experience:

• At least 8-10 years’ experience in Condo or building leasing

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Sale/Marketing or any relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of leasing management.

Essential Skills:  

• Keep abreast with the digital age and trend for leasing.

Computer’s program:

• Advanced IT skills in using Internet, Email, Ms World, Excel, Power Point and Power Point Presentation.

Languages:

• Good command of English communication skill.
• Chinese is a plus.  

Personal Qualification:

• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good understanding about and adaptability to workplace culture and expectations.
• Pro-activeness in thinking and taking actions.
• Understanding of current employment law and the ability to learn and follow new amendments.
• Attention to details.
