commercial viability of potential sites.
• Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations for management approval.
• Monitor property market trends and identify opportunities for strategic growth.
Lease & Property Management
• Lead lease negotiations with landlords, developers, and property owners.
• Secure favorable lease terms that align business objectives and financial targets.
• Monitor lease renewals, rental reviews, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of lease agreements, property documents, and
compliance requirements.
• Ensure all properties remain compliant with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
Store Operations Support
• Partner with Operations, Construction, and Business Development teams to support new
store openings, relocations, and refurbishments.
• Coordinate property handover processes and ensure site readiness before store launch.
• Support store teams in resolving property-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvements as required.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, real estate agencies,
contractors, and relevant government authorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for property-related discussions and negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to
ensure smooth property management processes.
• Represent the company in meetings related to property development, leasing, and regulatory
matters.
Budget Management & Reporting
• Manage property-related budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor occupancy costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare regular property performance reports for management review.
• Track key property metrics, lease obligations, and expansion progress.
• Provide strategic recommendations on portfolio management and location planning.
