Lead and manage the Treasury Application Support team, ensuring clear roles, segregation of duties, and compliance with internal policies and NBC regulatory requirements, when applicable. 

Ensure availability, stability, and controlled operation of treasury applications supporting trading, liquidity management, funding, and securities activities. 

Act as the primary escalation point for treasury-related incidents and problems; ensure timely resolution, root-cause analysis, and proper reporting to Technology, Risk, and Treasury management. 

Maintain complete and auditable incident, problem, and change records in Jira and Confluence in line with internal policies of the bank. 

Ensure strict adherence to change management, release control, and access management procedures, including privileged access control and approval workflows. 

Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization for treasury application changes, ensuring changes are risk-assessed, tested, approved, and documented prior to production deployment. 

Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including UAT and regression testing, ensuring evidence is properly documented for audit and regulatory review. 

Work closely with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to support regulatory examinations, audits, and control assessments. 

Ensure business continuity and operational resilience for treasury applications, including incident response procedures, fallback processes, and participation in BCP/DR testing. 

Establish and maintain a structured knowledge base with documented procedures, known issues, and resolutions to support consistency and operational risk reduction. 

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Application Support, preferably within banking or treasury environments. 

Experience working in a regulated financial institution with exposure to regulatory audits and internal control frameworks. 

Strong understanding of treasury business, including front, middle, and back-office functions. 

Good knowledge of fixed income products, as well as other Treasury products (MM, FX, etc.) and securities trading workflows. 

Solid understanding of operational risk management, incident management, change control, and access management processes. 

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for ITSM and audit evidence management. 

Good command of English, both written and spoken, sufficient for regulatory correspondence, audit support, and vendor communication.
