- Driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee performance, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, improving organizational structure, and ensuring fair and equitable reward systems- Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and competency frameworks- Ensure policies are aligned with company strategy and legal requirements- Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, HRBP) to deliver integrated HR solutions

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree: Human Resources- usiness Administration, Psychology, or related field- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to OD and Compensation & Benefits- Proven experience in organizational design, performance management, and compensation structuring- Fluent in Enlish and Thai is priority- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
