Job Summary
Join PHUMSAKURA LAND CITY DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd. as an HR & Admin Officer to support daily HR operations and office administration in Phnom Penh. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and new hire documentation.
● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR and personnel files.
● Support payroll preparation, HR reports, and related data checking and updates.
● Coordinate training, employee engagement, welfare, and internal HR activities.
● Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
● Manage office administration, supplies, assets, correspondence, filing, and records.
● Support company meetings, events, and internal communications as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration is preferred.
● Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, HR practices, and office procedures.
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
● Good command of Khmer and English.
