What are we expecting from this role?

Providing excellent customer service and support via telecommunication

Recieving phone calls from/to customers and response to their questions, orders, complaints, or concerns

Following communication scripts and using knowledge of the company’s products and services

Identifying customer needs, researching issues, resolving problems, and providing solutions

Handling a high volume of calls in a timely manner
