An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Set up POS terminal as of request and download
  • POS installation and training to merchants/outlets/branches
  • Prepare letter of release pre-auth for merchant when requested
  • Meet and join interviewing with customer who apply to use POS.
  • Support branches, other department for printing KHQR in correct template
  • Control/manage Merchant profile properly
  • Support Credit card payment for guarantee customers.
  • To monitor daily transactions key.
  • To monitor merchants​​​ transactions/operation. To monitor and check if any transaction error from outlet or not
  • Run daily report issuing and Acquiring
  • Prepare and control report WeChat/Alipay
  • Run report Visa, Master, UPI from S3 app
  • Prepare KHQR report to Merchant
  • Set schedule to site visit merchant POS
  • Work with IT team and vendor to fix error/issue on POS.
  • Prepare PSD report for account Dept to send to NBC
  • Control Stock for POS and Paper roll.
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly comparing report for sale and cash adv on POS
  • Prepare monthly MMR report for uploading into UPI portal (ISP)
  • Monthly sent UPI BIN to Branch
  • Support any testing required related to POS, ATM, Payment gateway
  • Support/back up tasks from each units required assign by line manager.
  • To take full responsible for any assigned task by line manager.

  • Graduate University Degree related field.
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer.
  • Conversational and report-writing English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management.
  • Decision making/problem solving skills.
  • Good Computer user and ability to operate office machines.
  • Highly motivated, team player, initiative, quick-witted, Thoroughness, stress resistant, flexible, accurate and punctual.
