A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Provide first-level technical support for computers, laptops, printers, POS equipment, and other IT devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Internet connections.
  • Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
  • Install and maintain software, drivers, antivirus, and security updates.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance and maintain IT equipment inventory.
  • Assist with system backups and basic data recovery.
  • Provide IT support to company branch offices and airport retail outlets when required.
  • Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.
  • Act as backup support for the IT Manager during leave or business travel.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support. (Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.)
  • Good knowledge of:
    • Windows 10/11
    • Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
    • Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
    • LAN/WAN networking
    • Routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points
    • Printers and scanners
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Windows Server
    • Active Directory
    • CCTV systems
    • VPN and remote support tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
