Job SummaryThe Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth of the commercial tower by developing and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and securing high-quality tenants. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients and brokers.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Business Development•Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets•Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities, including corporate clients and multinational companies•Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends, competitor activities, and demand•Generate leads through networking, brokers, and direct outreachTenant Acquisition & Negotiation•Manage the full leasing cycle: inquiry, site inspection, negotiation, and closing•Prepare and negotiate lease terms, contracts, and commercial agreements•Ensure all lease documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements•Coordinate with legal and finance teams on lease executionTenant Relationship Management•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants•Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention•Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and renewal negotiations•Work closely with property management to ensure service qualityR & H TowerMarketing & Promotion•Collaborate with marketing team to promote available spaces•Develop leasing materials, presentations, and proposals•Organize property tours and leasing events•Maintain updated listings on relevant platformsReporting & Administration•Track leasing performance and prepare regular reports (occupancy, pipeline, revenue)•Maintain accurate tenant database and leasing records•Monitor lease expiries and proactively manage renewals

RequirementsEducation•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fieldExperience•3–7 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or property management•Experience in office towers, malls, or mixed-use developments is preferredSkills & Competencies•Strong negotiation and closing skills•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities•Good understanding of commercial real estate market•Ability to work under pressure and meet targets•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems•Strong analytical and reporting skillsLanguages•Fluent in English (required)•Chinese is a strong advantage
