- Lead the marketing activities to align with Company’ s annual strategic objectives;

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and management of various offline marketing activities;

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on corporate event management and execution;

- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders (regulators, vendors, agencies etc);

- Manage and implement marketing campaigns (below the line) to achieve marketing plan;

- Develop and implement public relations activities to make sure Amret’s brand image and reputation;

- Prepare ad-hoc presentations, reports and analysis for internal and/or external use;

- Establish high quality standards for marketing materials;

- Ensure a timely production of all POSM with quality of materials;

- Ensure all regions and branches are well and properly equipped with marketing tools, materials to build a strong brand image and corporate reputation;

- Design and implement marketing procedures and guidelines;

- Initiate, lead and execute CSR projects;

- Manage and guide staff under supervision to ensure they can meet the performance expectations of their job;

- Coach and provide guidance to all subordinates to identify and develop high-performers in the team.

- Degree in Marketing or related field or related field;

- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken;

- Be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines;

- 4 years experiences in marketing, communication, event management, CSR, branding or public relations;

- 2 years experiences in project.
